About Us

LBI MAY 8 - MAY 11 2025 

Join me on my first official yoga retreat to Long Beach Island, NJ in the beautiful town of Holgate LBI. The property will be right on the beach with rooftop yoga everyday looking over the ocean. We will have time to journal, create, and connect finding time to restore and rejuvenate our souls. Throughout the weekend we will have a delicious meals and evening activities such as vision boarding  and candle making. I'd be honored  to lead you on this wonderful journey for a weekend filled of yoga & mindfulness.
